The deafening roar of the bombs, the destruction of homes, buildings, and entire cities, brings sadness to hearts and feelings of pain and loneliness, appealing to the compassion of all world leaders.

Our brothers gathered to pray in one of the city's main squares, asking the Lord for a "ceasefire" from Russia.

May the Lord have compassion on this people who cry out, and may peace come (to all), and true peace, the inner peace that only the Lord can give us.
