Training new leaders is an essential part of the Gideões 24h mission to care for and prepare the next generation. In Belo Horizonte and Manhuaçu, courses were held aimed at training those who serve in ministry with children and teenagers.

In Belo Horizonte, courses were held for leaders of the Gideões Sementinhas, Mirins, and Teens groups, taught by pastors Christina Caetano and Tânia Rezende. The event provided learning and guidance for those who face the challenge of mentoring, teaching, and discipling the new generation.

In Manhuaçu (MG), the training was aimed at the Gideões Mirins and Sementinhas groups, with presentations by Quézia Castro and Ana Carolina Lima. The training prepared new counselors to serve with responsibility, love, and commitment in the spiritual formation of children.

Each course represents an important step in the mission of preparing people to care for those who are growing in faith. Investing in leaders is also investing in the future of the Church and in a generation that needs to know the Word of God and learn to walk with the Lord.

Glory to God for every person empowered and for all that He has accomplished through the 24-hour Gideons!

The courses continue to reach different places and train people to serve the next generation.
