After a pause during the pandemic, the ministry resumes its activities and celebrates the formation of a new generation of children committed to prayer and the Word of God.

The Gethsemane Baptist Church in Belo Horizonte (MG), celebrated the graduation of the first class of Gideons Mirins since the resumption of ministry activities, which were interrupted during the Covid-19 pandemic. The ceremony marks a new stage for the work with children, which is being reactivated with the purpose of encouraging prayer, knowledge of the Word of God, and commitment to the Christian life.

The restart represents a special moment in the church, which is once again investing in the spiritual formation of new generations. Graduation symbolizes not only the completion of a learning stage, but also the continuation of work dedicated to teaching children the importance of seeking God's presence and interceding for families and nations.

At Gethsemane Baptist Church, the work is led by Pastor Jânio, who is responsible for the Gideons' Children's program, under the supervision of Pastor Leila. Together, they monitor the children's development and the resumption of activities, contributing to the formation of a generation that learns, from an early age, to live the principles of the Christian faith.

The graduation of the first class in this new cycle represents a milestone for the ministry and renews the expectation that more children will be reached and discipled through the Gideões Mirins (Junior Gideonites).

This work reaffirms the importance of investing in new generations, teaching children to cultivate a life of prayer, to know the Bible, and to develop a personal relationship with God.
