Portas de Sião Baptist Church celebrates the graduation of the 2026 Gideões Mirins (Junior Gideon) group.

The Portas de Sião Baptist Church experienced a moment of great joy with the graduation of the 2026 Junior Gideonites. After nine months of preparation in the Initiation Course, the children completed an important stage of spiritual growth, celebrating all that God has accomplished in their lives throughout this period.

During their training, the Gideons Juniors participated in moments of learning about the Word of God, prayer, missionary challenges, and activities that strengthened their faith and awakened their commitment to proclaiming the Gospel from childhood.

The ceremony marked the end of the course, but also the beginning of a new journey.

More than receiving a certificate, each child was reminded that they are called by God to be a light wherever they are, living and sharing the love of Christ with others.

The purpose of the Gideões Mirins Ministry is to form a generation of young intercessors, passionate about Jesus, committed to the Word of God, and willing to fulfill the mission that the Lord has entrusted to them.

The celebration was marked by gratitude, joy, and hope as children grew in faith and were prepared to impact their generation.
